In order to use this system, an employer must first register under the Employer Registration link.  You can hover your mouse over the Welcome Employers menu item above, and then click on the Employer Registration link.

Once that registration is active, you can manage your account under the Employer Dashboard.  Posting jobs, contacting applicants, managing applications, etc., are all available to make your hiring experience easier.

When you post a job, the website will forward it to Google Jobs to provide you with added exposure.  Also, you can expect to receive regular emails on how your job listing is performing.  To understand all of the benefits of this system, view the How To Use video under the Employers menu.
